Christ University Law Entrance Examination (CULEE) is an entrance test held at the university level for admission into BA-LLB & BBA-LLB integrated law programs and postgraduate in law (LLM).
Candidates willing to take admission or pursue their graduation or postgraduate degree from Christ University can sit for CULEE. After securing the average marks, they can be selected to pursue such studies at the university.
Christ University is the conducting body for this examination, and around 300 seats are offered by the university for admission based on such university-level entrance examinations.
CULEE is an ability-based test intended to test the General knowledge and the candidates’ logical and legal reasoning abilities.

REGISTRATION PROCESS & FEES:
- Candidates who wish to apply for CULEE must fill out the application form online. They must first visit the university’s admission portal and then register as a new user.
- After that, they must verify their e-mail ID and the registration process will be completed.
- Once the candidate has registered to the admission portal, they have to fill out the application form by submitting their details such as name, contact no, and educational information.
- Documents needed for this registration process are a passport-sized photograph of the candidate and signature, which he has to upload after filling in the required information.
- Candidates are needed to apply for the exam after checking the eligibility criteria to avoid any rejection of the application form.
- Lastly, candidates must pay the application fee of INR 1000; after this, they can successfully register for the exam.
- An admit card is issued to the candidates on the prescribed date once they fill out the application form and register themselves without any irregularities, and this admit card is to be carried for sitting in the examination.
ELIGIBILITY:
- There is no upper age limit for CULEE.
- For Integrated law program (BA-LLB/BBA-LLB)- The candidate who has completed 10+2 with the required score from a recognized institution is eligible to sit for the CULEE exam. Candidates must have scored at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
- For postgraduate law program (LLM)- The candidate must secure 50% marks in aggregate, and a candidate still appearing for their final exams can also sit for the LSAT exam.
- Candidates still appearing for the qualifying exam can also sit but must produce their results during counseling.
EXAM PATTERN:
- Exam to be conducted in offline mode.
- Duration for CULEE exam is 2 hours/ 120minutes.
- Exam to be conducted in English language.
- Questions come in a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) format.
- The paper consists of 120 questions in total.
- The paper contains five sections, which are as follows-
- General Knowledge & Current Affairs- 25 questions are based on this, and 25 marks are allotted for this section.
- 20 questions are based on this, and 20 marks are allotted for this section.
- Reasoning & Data Analysis- This section contains 30 questions, of which 30 marks are allotted.
- Legal Reasoning- This section includes 20 questions to which 20 marks are allotted.
- Elementary Maths- 25 questions are based on this, and 25 marks are allotted for this section.
- Each correct answer consists of one mark, and 0.25 marks are to be deducted for every wrong answer.
SYLLABUS:
- Christ University Law Entrance Exam (CULEE) covers topics like English Language, Comprehension Skills, Verbal Reasoning, General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Quantitative Aptitude, Numerical Ability, Fundamental Mathematical Operations, and Reasoning: Critical, Analytical and Logical, Data Analysis and Interpretation.
- The legal reasoning section is added to test candidates’ general awareness of legal and moral issues.
